MAHONING TWP. — As the end of summer approached and the nights got colder, the last piece of tile was placed to complete the pool at Magnolia Court. Although it would be too late this year for tenants to enjoy, "It was exciting to see the progress." stated a tenant. The much anticipated recreation area's progress was stalled last year due to supply chain issues and lingering effects of COVID-19 but developer Steve Keyser is "excited to see the pool reopen in 2023 and see the tenants enjoy it." In addition to the pool, the pavillion and grills surrounding it are now complete and are able to utilized year round.
The 139-unit complex which started in 2019 is nearly complete with the recent completion of Carriage Houses, additonal infrastructure, and the framing of the last two apartment buildings near the rear of the property.

The 139-unit complex on Bloom Road is expected to have 2 of the 5 buildings up by spring, with the entire $16 million project completed in two years.

Developer Todd Keyser of T&S Realty, of Bloomsburg, said Wednesday he and his brother and partner Steve Keyser hope to have two of the five apartment buildings in the Magnolia Court Development up by spring. He said it will to take two years to complete the entire $16 million project.
MAHONING TWP. — The Mahoning-Coooper Townships Planning Commission gave conditional approval of a land development plan for a 139-unit apartment complex known as Magnolia Court, off Bloom Road.
The commission recommended the township supervisors approve it at their next meeting May 13.
The planners also Monday night approved some waivers for the project proposed by Todd and Steve Keyser, of T&S Realty of Bloomsburg. They plan five buildings of 27 apartments each and two smaller building with homes above and garages underneath.
