Safety and security are a top priority at Magnolia Court. The surrounding areas are typically free of crime and neighbors are welcoming and friendly, but as a precaution and deterrent, we have 24-hour video surveillance in common areas of each building and located throughout the property.

THE KITCHEN
Regardless of the floor plan you choose, your kitchen includes energy-efficient appliances (stainless steel or black in ADA units); electric stove with microwave above, refrigerator and dishwasher. Designer cabinetry with soft-close hinges and drawers are topped with natural granite countertops. Select floor plans have center islands for additional seating, food prep and counter space. With plenty of storage, high-end appliances and finishes, the kitchen will soon become your favorite places to hang out.

Many of our floor plans include spacious walk-in closets to give you the room for you need for a clutter-free sleeping space. Floorplans include 1-3 bedrooms.
Wall and floors are heavily insulated to sound-proof your living spaces and limit outside noise.

From your outdoor patio, open floor plan, optional garages and storage areas, there's plenty of space for you to live your life at Magnolia. So, whether it's just you and Fido, a family and friends get-together, or space to store your convertible and tent - there's no better place to hang your hat than Magnolia Court.
Throughout each floor plan we've conveniently tucked away storage areas such as pantries, walk-in closets and laundry facilities. Plus, each apartment comes with a full-sized washer and dryer!
Additional Space
PRIVATE GARAGE
Located in each of the resident buildings are six, one-car garages. These garages have access to the interior of the building, so there's no need to step foot outside to access your vehicle. The Carriage House apartments have easy access to their designated garages as well. With the exception of the Carriage House, additional costs apply for the rental of an optional garage and during the initial leasing period, garages are limited to one per apartment.
All garages come with the ability to open and close the door with a remote, your vehicle, and/or your phone.
Need more space? Storage areas within each building are available upon request for a small monthly fee.
Bring Fido and Fluffy
PET POLICY
Pets are welcome at Magnolia Court! We understand your love for animals and invite you to bring your furry family members to your new home.
Please note a $75/month charge per pet (maximum of 2 pets) applies. Prices is subject to change and certain breeds are not allowed (Akitas, chow chows, doberman pinschers, German shepherds, huskies, malamutes, pit bulls, presa canarios, rottweilers, staffordshire terriers, and wolf-hybrids). Other pets may be subject to management approval. If you believe your pet is an exception, we would be delighted to meet them.
